Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with MaxLife MD products or services, please contact us at
info@maxlifemdrx.com. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for
prescriptions that have already been dispensed. Once a prescription is filled, it is considered a
final purchase because the medication cannot be used for another patient.
In certain cases, we may replace products that you have ordered. This includes instances
where the product is damaged upon delivery. Return requests must be made within (3) days of
delivery and may require you to submit photo evidence to support your claim.
All refunds will be limited to one product and are issued to the payment method that you used to
purchase the order that you are returning. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be received.
